Culturally Directed Care Solutions Pty Ltd (CDCS) Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Terms & Conditions”) carefully before using our website (cdcs.com.au), signing up to the membership site (culturallydirectedcaresolutions.com), or using our store website, including our courses (shop.cdcs.com.au), collectively known as Services (“the Service” or “Services”) operated by CDCS Pty Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of our Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all subscribers, visitors, users and others who access or use our Services.
By accessing, using or signing up for the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access our Services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Payment Terms
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). Subscriptions must be paid for on or before the date provided on a Service Order in Australian Dollars. Failure to do so could result in immediate termination of a Subscription.
Subscriptions will automatically renew on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the options selected by the Subscriber at the time of Subscription.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by the Subscriber, or by CDCS Pty Ltd at our discretion. No refunds will be given for cancelled Subscriptions, but a Subscriber’s Subscription will continue until the end date of the paid-for Subscription period.
If a Subscriber is found in violation of this policy or misuse of the Service, the Subscription may be cancelled without notice. CDCS Pty Ltd is not required to refund any moneys for cancellations as a result of Subscribers violating this policy or misusing the Service.
If a Subscriber allows their Subscription to expire, they may renew their Subscription at any time and at the current price of the Subscription. Any previous discounts will not be applied and the Subscriber will not be entitled to any previous discounts they may have had for the renewal of their Subscription. Discounts and “locked in” prices will only be honoured if the Subscription is renewed before, or at the point of, expiry.
Other parts of our Service are provided for one-off payments. Payment must be received and confirmed by CDCS Pty Ltd before access to the paid-for service or product is granted.
CDCS Pty Ltd retains the right to change the price of products and services at any time.
Content
All content available on the websites owned by CDCS Pty Ltd (cdcs.com.au / culturallydirectedcaresolutions.com / shop.cdcs.com.au) is subject to copyright and remains the intellectual property of CDCS Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated. All content remains the property of CDCS Pty Ltd in the event of Service termination.
This includes, and is not limited to, CDCS Pty Ltd logos or logos for CDCS Pty Ltd products, images and graphics commissioned or created by CDCS Pty Ltd, brochures or informational downloads, and video content.
Any and all documents or resources from our Services used by a Subscriber, User or Visitor of the website must always include a credit or acknowledgement to CDCS Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.
All resources and content included on our membership platform (culturallydirectedcaresolutions.com) may only be shared internally within the Subscriber’s immediate organisation. No resources or content from the membership site may be shared externally, either in full or in part, and may not be used for commercial gain except where a commercial use licence is in place.
Liability Disclaimer
CDCS Pty Ltd does not guarantee, and accepts no legal liability, for the accuracy, reliability, currency or completeness of any material provided by our Services or any linked sites. You should seek appropriate independent professional advice before making any decisions based on material found on our Services or any linked sites. You should not rely on material we provide.
By using our Services, you release CDCS Pty Ltd from all liability for claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs you incur as a result of relying on the information on this site.
You take on all risks of using the site, including risks to your computer, software or data.
Third-party material that we include on this site doesn’t necessarily reflect our views.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CDCS Pty Ltd.
CDCS Pty Ltd has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Updates & Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 10 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
